snseal injection technology
vs. traditional injection methods

snseal
SNSeal High Pressure Injectable Sealant
VS
traditional
Traditional Resin/Foam/Polyurethane
snseal

Cutting-edge, patented product and system designed specifically as a water ingress solution

Innovation
traditional

Outdated and ineffective for long-term
leak prevention.

snseal

Ultra-low viscosity liquid injected at high-pressure, moving like water to fully penetrate and seal  cracks and voids. Can be injected underwater.

Performance
traditional

Foam/Poly does not penetrate deeply or seal the full extent of the crack. Can not be injected underwater.

snseal

Cures into a durable, flexible and a very adhesive solid seal.

Sealing & Flexibility
traditional

Expands into a rigid foam block with zero flexibility, leading to failure over time.

snseal

Permanent solution — does not degrade or break down.

Longevity
traditional

Temporary fix — product deteriorates and requires constant reapplications.

snseal

Can permanently fix any water ingress issue, where previous foam injections have failed.

Effectiveness
traditional

High failure rate, requiring repeated maintenance and touch-ups.

snseal

Fewer drill holes needed for injection, reducing risk of additional leaks and preserving the structure.

Structural Integrity
traditional

Requires numerous drill holes, increasing the likelihood of further water penetration.

snseal

Clean injection and crack site with minimal disruption and zero-mess finish.

Visual Completion State
traditional

Injection packers remain permanently embedded in walls, resulting in corrosion, leaving visible residue and noticeable foam leakage.

snseal

Non-toxic, eco-friendly, meets NYC VOC environmental standards and has fire-resistant properties.

Environmental Safety
traditional

Toxic, carcinogenic and can degrade over time, potentially contaminating waterways.

snseal

Can be applied at any stage of construction from foundation work to post-construction repairs.

Application Timing
traditional

Typically applied as a last resort after basement completion.

snseal

Build-in mould and micro organism resistance for long-term protection

Mould Resistance
traditional

Prone to mould growth and microbial infestation over time.

snseal

Only certified in-house technicians apply  the product ensuring consistent quality and performance.

Quality Control
traditional

Any contractor or handyman can use and install resulting in inconsistencies.

snseal

Backed by a product performance guarantee and warranty.

Guarantee & Warranty
traditional

No guarantee or warranties — results vary and often fail.

The SNSeal product is unique in its application, but most importantly it works, and I’ve seen great results when no one else was willing to attempt to solve an issue. I have great pleasure in recommending their services.

I have utilised the services of Stop & Seal on several occasions and have found them to be reliable, professional, and most of all, come with a can-do attitude.

FAQS

Have Questions

We’ve heard it all. Here’s everything you need to know before working with us.

Injectable waterproofing can be used on structures at any stage of construction, though it’s most commonly applied to existing buildings as a remedial solution. It’s often recommended for structures showing signs of water damage or leaks, such as wall cracks, construction joints, or pipe penetrations.
For existing structures, the process can be more complex, as Stop and Seal may need to remove materials or make modifications to inject the waterproofing into areas like basement walls, floor slabs, or lift pits.
